Camp DetailsThis 5-practice camp is designed to accelerate paddler development by focusing on essential body and blade mechanics that enhance stroke power. Participants will engage in drills both on and off the water, helping them build proper alignment and awareness of how to integrate these mechanics into their stroke technique. By the end of the camp, paddlers will have refined skills that significantly improve their overall performance on the water. Goal of a 5-practice/2-day camp: Provide drills and feedback to aid in paddler development. Intentions of a camp: Develop awareness of body, blade and stroke mechanics that deliver stroke power over the 5 practices. CAMP STRUCTURE PRACTICE 1

Clinic DetailsThese 2-hour on-water sessions are designed to help paddlers develop the stroke mechanics for each phase: setup, catch, pull, press, and exit, regardless of stroke style. By focusing on the effectiveness of each phase, paddlers will have the opportunity to refine their technique and improve every aspect of their stroke. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their stroke and get the tools to continue improving their skill sets. Goal of a 2-hour clinic – This session is drill focused and are targeted for paddlers who want to work on their stroke and develop paddling skills specific to the dragon boat. Intentions of a camp - Clinics are perfect for new and experienced paddlers who are interested in stroke mechanics and have specific aspects of the stroke they are working on. STRUCTURE PRACTICE
